When Ashley Engineering's Managing Director, David Rowbottom heard of
Frech's latest moves to extend casting quality he took the opportunity
to invest in their latest cutting edge technology. The Frech Elcast DAW80E
machine is Britain's first all electrically operated zinc die casting
machine offering improved performance for the die caster and his customer
alike.
IMPROVED QUALITY
Real time control of the machine means flash free components giving
customers cost down with little or no labour intensive deburring of castings.
IMPROVED LEAD TIMES
With a 10 to 25% faster cycle capability customers can enjoy vastly
reduced lead times making for faster reaction to their customers changing
requirements.
EXHIBITION
All are welcome to come and see the machine in action at the Metals
Engineering 2001 Exhibition at Birmingham's NEC from 08 October 2001 to
11 October 2001 where Ashley's team will be more than happy to discuss
